	Submit Your Plan	Our team will review your proposal to determine whether it meets the investment criteria of JVP Studio and the Office of the Chief Scientist (OCS). We will contact you with an initial response within seven business days.


	Initial Review	Entrepreneurs with an idea that meets our investment profile will be invited to JVP Studio for a discussion with one of our team members. The aim of this meeting is to explore your idea in depth, examine the problem it aims to solve, inspect its market potential, ponder its competitive advantages and outline possible development needs. Our team members will also conduct a preliminary due-diligence study.


	Due Diligence	The next step involves a more thorough due diligence process, including calls to potential customers and a close review by one of the JVP investment committee members.


	Studio Approval	The final step is to present your idea to the JVP investment committee. If your idea is approved, we will sign a term sheet and begin what is always a fascinating journey toward success.
